What we did.
We began by designing a scenario-based questionnaire for the platform, which served as a diagnostic tool establishing the personalised learning path that each user would take based on their own individual needs and experience.
The curriculum we created pushed the boundaries of innovation and content design, making employee education more engaging – from gamified quizzes to realistic activities to complete throughout.
And with downloadable worksheets that helped reinforce the knowledge learned within each lesson, the learning didn’t stop when the user logged off. Our bitesize yet rich content ensures that upon completion of the course, learners have everything they need to move forward.
