HelloFresh sales were suffering due to disconnect between the pitch and the sign-up. We created a tablet-based and beautifully designed utility tool which functioned fully offline, making it suitable for events locations where internet access wasn’t available.
The conversational interface provides engaging questions with tailored, personalised answers to make form-filling feel more like a friendly chat, and reassuring customers that there’s something for them at HelloFresh.
From FAQs to a menu catered to individual dietary requirements, the tool is a one-stop shop for both new and returning customers alike, and makes life simple for HelloFresh staff who can log a completed session and begin a new one with ease.
